Swanand's expertise lies with various aspects of Microsoft related technologies such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, Visual Basic 6.0, and classic ASP. Swanand has worked with practice management and medical billing technologies for over 5 years. He has helped his clients achieve HIPAA compliance and a paperless claims process through his experience with patient and insurance management, electronic appointment scheduling, electronic claims generation, claim posting, handling audit reports, and analyzing electronic remittance advice (ERA) reports. 	Russell Baughcum Networking Specialist Rusty has over 17 years experience in the IT Industry. His IT career began when he served in the Gulf War where he was responsible for building a World Wide Air Control System to manage flight operations. After leaving the Air Force, he returned home to Atlanta and continued his IT career with some of the leading technical companies in Atlanta, including Alltel, Medaphis, Bellsouth, HP, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Compaq. Rusty manages the networking procedures for our clients who want to run the software in a hosted setting. He brings with him a talented support staff.
