Want an easy way to raise funds for your agency? Participate in our ClinicTracker Fundraising Program. Here’s how:
- Provide us contact information for agencies you think might benefit from using ClinicTracker
- Communicate to those agencies why you think ClinicTracker would represent a good investment
- Sit back and let our sales specialists handle the rest
For every referral you provide that ends in a completed sale, you will earn a referral fee of 5% of the initial licensing cost. For example:

| $25,000 | $1,250 |
| $50,000 | $2,500 |
| $75,000 | $3,750 |
More details:
- There is no limit to the amount you can raise for your agency
- Funds will be disbursed when payment is received from the new customer
- For current customers, funds can be applied towards current or future invoices, or paid directly by check
- You do not need to be an existing ClinicTracker customer to participate in this program
