Our eForm creation module is a powerful tool that lets you reconfigure any paper form so it can accept a digital client signature. Within minutes, forms such as HIPAA consents, information releases, and clinic policy acknowledgments are ready for signature capture. You can quickly and easily recreate your paper forms, identifying sections of the document that require patient response (e.g. age, allergies, etc.). Rich-text formatting is available (color, font, formatting, etc.). The system will automatically lock eForms from being edited once the first client has signed the document, ensuring that signatures remain valid and legally binding.
