ClinicTracker knows when a trainee needs a supervisor involved in completing documentation. Counter-signature spaces are available for all documentation, and a paperwork notification feature allows trainees and supervisors to communication easily without ever leaving their computer. When a clinician completes a treatment plan, they can notify their supervisor through the internal message board that the record needs to be reviewed. The supervisor clicks a link on their message board which brings them directly to the record. They can review the document on-screen, make modifications if necessary, sign-off on the document, and respond to their trainee.
