Not only does ClinicTracker assist in the completion of documentation, it also tracks the status of that documentation and compliance with regulations. The compliance record can be maintained by a dedicated QA/UR team, or managed automatically by ClinicTracker. Accurate record-keeping allows for Compliance Alerts (displayed on the left) as well as various reports such as the Overdue Compliance Materials by Clinician report (right). Clinicians can run these reports for themselves, supervisors can run them for their trainees, and administrators can collect data about the clinic as a whole.
